Miss Universe 2013 Part XVIII - National Costume Competition

The National Costume show was held at Vegas Mall on 3 November 2013.  All 86 contestants wore their national costumes or fancy dresses and paraded in the mall.  Our bloggers voted for Miss Bolivia, Alexia Viruez, is the best national costume this year.
