Virreina: Miss España, Juliana Sampaio Almarcha, 24, 176cm, she also won 3 side awards, Miss Sports, Best Smile and Best Hair.
1st Runner-up: Miss Bolivia, Alexia Laura Viruez Pictor, 18, 177cm, she also won Best Face Award. She is Miss Bolivia for Miss Universe 2013.
2nd Runner-up: Miss Paraguay, Stephanía Sofía Vásquez Stegman, 20, 177cm, she also won Miss Amazonas and Miss Photogenic. She competed in Miss International 2011 but unplaced.
3rd Runner-up: Miss Brazil, Jeanine Cristiane de Castro, 27, 177cm
4th Runner-up: Miss Panamá, Ana Lorena Ibañez Carles, 26, 174cm
5th Runner-up: Miss Cuba, Damaris Aguiar, 26, 168cm, she also won Miss Harmony award
