Miss Universo Chile 2012, the 49th Miss Universe Chile pageant, held at the Enjoy Santiago, Casino & Resort on 26 October 2012. 13 contestants competed for the main Miss Universo Chile 2012 title. The winner will represent Chile in Miss Universe 2012 in Las Vegas.
