Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2012, the 58th annual contest, was held at the Centro de Bellas Artes de Santurce, on 7 November 2011 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. 36 contestants representing each department of Puerto Rico were vying for the title. The winner will represent Puerto Rico in the Miss Universe 2012 pageant.

Bodine also won 3 side awards: Best Figure Award, Best Catwalk Award and JcPenney Style Award. She is one of the most well-known Teen Models in Puerto Rico. She is currently a student of Musical Composition for Cinema in the prestigious Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico.
