Nuestra Belleza México 2010 was crowned in Coahuila, Mexico on 25 September 2010. The hot favorite, Nuestra Belleza Jalisco, Karin Ontiberos, won the national title 2010. She will represent México in Miss Universe 2011 and Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León, Cynthia de la Vega, will compete in Miss World 2011.

Miss Sinaloa won MEJOR TRAJE TIPICO (the best National Costume), the costume was designed by Fernando López. This is the official national costume for Miss Universe 2011.
