Miss Uruguay 2012 was held in Punta del Este, Uruguay, on 31 May 2012. 22 young gals were vying for 2 prestigious titles, Miss Universo Uruguay and Miss Mundo Uruguay.

Miss Universo Uruguay 2012 is Camila Vezzosso, 18, 174cm, from Artigas. She will represent her country in Miss Universe 2012.

Miss Mundo Uruguay 2012 is Valentina Henderson, 18, 181cm, from Salto
